The intelligence loop

A Parallel assessment cycle runs. Operators score independently. Wexler Gray triggers synthesis — dimensions and narrative are written back. Between cycles, Signal continuously monitors anonymized participant submissions, suppressing noise until confidence thresholds are met. Beacon evaluates patterns across both Parallel cycles and Signal data, raising an escalation when thresholds are breached. Bearing converts the escalation and assessment context into board-ready interpretation. The PE firm acts. The next cycle measures the response.

A single assessment is a snapshot. Signal between cycles is the connective tissue. Repeated cycles — with continuous telemetry — is the intelligence product.
